It was 1975 when the opportunity arose to be involved in an Indian Curry Restaurant, it was a time in Australia when the Commonwealth was not as cosmopolitan as it is now. Times were about to change as we embraced other nations, food and customs.
The food and the recipes grew with the experience, the delight and fascination with spices is as strong to day as it was all those years ago.
The experience gained by the Spice Blend people can not be bought, from take-out stores to Restaurants in the North Queensland rain forest to packaging all their knowledge of fine foods in this website.
Because of the popularity of these unique recipes it was decided to produce packets of blended spices with a method in each pack that would enable anyone from a beginner to a qualified chef to use with ease. Our wonderful blends require very little more then your choice of meat or vegetable and some regular pantry items.
