Shipping Policy:

Spice Blends Hervey Bay checks for new orders at about 6:30am and 12 Noon. These orders will be shipped the same day, (providing Funds have been received). Orders received after this time will be shipped the next day.

Return Policy:

Spice Blends Hervey Bay will accept returned unopened items. Full credit less handling costs will be issued for products if returned within two weeks after receipt by customer. A 15% restocking charge will apply thereafter for up to three months.

Due to liability exposure, items are not returnable unless the product is below generally accepted standards when received. Spice Blends Hervey Bay will issue a credit in that case and may request the disposal of that item.

Cancellation Policy:

Spice Blends Hervey Bay will accept an order cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped. After an order has been shipped the return policy would take effect.
